Domingo Alvarez
Domingo Alvarez is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Florida with over twenty years of experience in public accounting and private industry. Prior to founding A&M Domingo was an auditor with the audit firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Miami, Florida. During his time with the firm, he worked on clients of various sizes ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local or middle market companies. His industry experiences included Higher Education, Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Audits of Employee Benefit Plans (401k Plans), and Transportation and Warehousing Logistics.
Domingo dedicates all his time to the Higher Education Industry and volunteers significant time as an associate member of the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC). Domingo is also a frequent presenter in industry specific seminars.
Erin Gleeson

Direct experience in nearly every campus position from instructor, department head as well as over 12 years of Title IV school ownership. Over a decade of successfully completed transactions and currently performing highly confidential consulting and M&A Intermediary functions with school owners throughout the US and abroad.

Concurrent experience as a 6-year national accreditor Commissioner and over two decades of accreditor committee team membership allows for seasoned, confidential guidance to school owners looking to acquire or sell and retire from the ED sector.
